Model House Gardens
	The gardens and street of four concept houses have been coordinated under the theme "Moisture and Relaxation". Get a glimpse of lifestyle filled with flowers and greenery.

English Garden
	The well-known garden designer William Robin's first design/supervision of a garden in Japan. Even though it is an English-style garden, Japanese also find it a relaxing, soothing place.

Garden House
	The efforts of guests to the garden, members of the garden club, and volunteers who have used Garden House as a focal point for activities and as a rest area when visiting the gardens have produced a plenty of greenery and flora here.

Moon Gazebo
	This white arbor surrounded by green lawn grass and hedges serves as an open stage amid colorful flowers. Enjoy concerts while laying on the grass and relaxing.

Flower Dream House
	An atrium with a colorful decor reflecting the seasons, an information center, a library lounge full of gardening information, and a gardening counseling room with experts to answer your questions and doubts. There are also culture and gardening courses and talks given on flowers and greenery.

Phoenix Country Club

Borrow a Bicycle and Cruise the Park Grounds
	You can stroll through these vast pine groves, and there are even free lending bicycles to use. In addition, there is a large grounds in the western part and a grassy open area in the east, making this an ideal place for children on school trips to really enjoy the outdoors. As the name suggests, this is a forest well-loved by the city's citizens.

Hana Shobu (Flower Showdown) Festival

The Hana Shobu Park in the Citizen's Forest features over 200,000 flowers representing 160 different types of plants. and when they bloom in late May, the Hana Shobu Festival is held. During the festival, there are open-air tea ceremonies, koto performances, photography contests, gardening seminars, and other events. There is nothing like drinking ceremonial tea at the alcove laid with red carpet and watching the Hana Shobu (showdown of flowers)!

Misogi Pond, Eda Shrine, Yamazaki Hotarupia

According to Japanese mythology, after Izanagi finally returned from Yomi No Kuni (Hades or the Land of the Dead), he cleansed himself in what is now Misogi Pond. At that time, the Shinto gods Amaterasu No Mikami, Tsukuyomi No Mikoto, and Susano-o No Mikoto were born. In a nearby pine grove stands the oldest shrine in Miyazaki Prefecture, the tranquil, solitary Eda Shrine, which is dedicated to both Izanagi and Izana.

In this area, the local residents have set up a place called Yamazaki Hotarupia, where one can see several rare plants and many kinds of dragonfly.

From April through late May, you can see many fireflies here, too.

Flowers and Fountains
	Created using natural underground springs here, this park of fountains and murmuring streams is a perfect place for children to play. Adults can relax at the alcove while watching their children play. The grounds, colored by flowers and greenery, makes for a wonderful stroll. In the southern part, there are tennis courts, a soccer ground, and a multi-purpose square.

J-League Camp
	There is a part of the Entrance Plaza with almost perfect turf. It is here that the J-League Camp is held every year. For the 2002 FIFA World Cup, this ground passed the strict standards of the Japan Organizing Committee for the World Cup (JAWOC) and was used as the German team's camp.
