When You Are Ill

(1) Find a hospital

If you feel sick or injured, go to the hospital suitable for your symptoms as soon as possible. Here are some useful tools to find one.
Depending on the hospital, you may not be able to receive medical treatment without a letter of referral, or even if you can receive medical treatment, you may have to pay “Sentei Ryoyouhi” apart from the medical treatment fee. The “Sentei Ryoyouhi” is an additional fee for a first-time patient without a referral and determined by each hospital. Before visiting a hospital, please call to confirm.
