Home counselors are available for consultation on childcare concerns and anxieties about children under the age of 18, personality and lifestyle problems, and child abuse.
They strictly protect the personal information that they have obtained through consultation, so please feel free to use them.

Child Development and Support Agency　Children and Families Support Division (5th floor of the City Hall building)

(2) Target

We accept requests for consultation from anyone, including children themselves, parents, schools, childcare centers, kindergartens, social welfare workers/children’s social workers, and local residents.

Free

(4) Consultation method and reception hours

Please contact Children and Families Support Division. We accept consultation via call or visit (interview in the counseling room).
Reception hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. , Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and the Year-end and New Year holidays)
